Responsibilities: • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties• Validate all personal references and rental application information• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing• Lead follow up• Sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Close commercial sales as well Qualifications: • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written• Familiar with leasing regulations• Proven track of successful sales record• Valid real estate license is required• Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
