Practically new full-sized couch and oversized matching chair. These were purchased in Dec 2009. They have very little use as I spend most of my time in the hospital and haven't had any events over at my house. I'm moving to a smaller apartment and these just won't fit. They were treated with the stain guard from factory and have been marked to prove it (factory sticker). I paid over $1900 for these two, because I can't fit them and I'm moving next week, gotta move them fast. Come over, take a look and see for yourself, very comfortable, clean, no smoking, no pets and no evidence of use $1,200 obo.
