Senior Air Permitting Engineer

HRP has an immediate full-time opportunity for individuals with six or more years of experience in air permitting compliance. The Candidate will have demonstrated success coordinating data collection with clients, navigating air regulations, and calculating air emissions on a wide variety of projects and possess curiosity, drive, and ambition. Candidates must demonstrate firsthand experience in the following areas: Air emission calculations Air permitting applicability determination Air permitting application preparation NSPS applicability determinations NESHAP applicability determinations Air permitting recordkeeping and reporting Air dispersion modeling experience a plus Experience with other EHS compliance programs is not required, but preferred, and includes: Multimedia Compliance Auditing Process Safety Management Wastewater Permitting (general or specific permitting) Hazardous Waste Management Storm Water Permit and Spill Control Plan preparation Job Requirements: Individuals must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills and be proficient in MS Office products and appropriate professional level software. Specific qualifications for the role include: BS degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or technically related field 6 years plus of experience in Environmental Compliance, preferably in a consulting environment Possess a current PE license or eligible to obtain a PE license (highly preferred, but not required) Senior Consultant Experience required for all Senior roles As a Senior Air Permitting Engineer with HRP Associates Inc., you will be part of an industry-leading organization that continues to expand throughout the nation.
