Buffy the Squeaker Slayer is enjoying the comforts of a foster home. This happy girl loves to be by your side and is eager for cuddle sessions or playful antics with her favorite squeaky toys. Buffy is about 6 years old, house-trained, and currently lives with an older, mellow dog. There is a frequent belly rub tax, however it is easily affordable and worthwhile. Buffy does not appear to like cats and would welcome a dog meet and greet session if potentially going to a home with another dog.Adoption processAdoption Fees Cats - 5 months and over: $30.00Kittens - 4 months and under: $50.00Senior Cats - 7+ years: $10.00 Dogs – 5 months and over: $125Puppies – 4 months and under: $200Senior Dogs - 7+ years: $75 Each animal receives age appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, flea/tick prevention, microchip, county license & Heartworm prevention for dogs, trial bag of Hill's Science Diet food, and 30 days free pet insurance. AFHS is open 7 days a week and no appointment is needed to visit with adoptable pets! Dogs must leave the shelter with a collar and leash, which can be purchased at the shelter at the time of adoption if you do not have one to bring with you.Shelter locationWe're open 7 days a week, with no appointments needed.
