Location Knoxville, TN Work Experience: 1+ years in an account management role , ideally with experience in custodial or another service-related field with high customer/client contact. Position Summary The Strategic Account Analyst works on the client teams to achieve high quality service levels, especially for key accounts, while supporting new sales initiatives. This position serves a critical support role for the Strategic Account Managers and is considered a gateway role to the Strategic Account Manager position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identify client service trends and areas for enhancement and recommend process improvements. Track key account metrics and report out on spend in budget categories while identifying, addressing, and escalating any anomalies. Coordinate response to client inquiries or issues with a focus on delivering excellent support service. Monitor and audit the contracted scope of work to ensure it is being performed according to documented tasks and frequencies. If inconsistencies are found, decide if the best approach is to address or to escalate the issue. Liaise among clients, Strategic Account Managers, Business Analysts, and other team members to ensure the required delivery of our solutions. Assists the Strategic Account Manager in working with the operations team to monitor our ticketing system to include quality audits, contract project work, billable project work, and timekeeping. Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payment, including addressing billing inquiries and discrepancies, resolving payment issues, and managing the customer billing files Generate reports summarizing billing activities, outstanding balances, and revenue projections. Report out during regular meetings, quarterly business reviews, and as otherwise needed. Ideal Candidate: Strong drive to deliver quality outcomes and excellent customer service. This is a customer facing role. Initiative-taking mindset to anticipate and support changes in the business, with demonstrated critical thinking skills. Strong organizational skills paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team focused and positive within a demanding environment. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in either Finance, Business Management, or Project Management. We will consider candidates with a depth of related work experience as a substitute for the bachelor’s degree. Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills required. WinTeam and Corrigo experience is a plus.
