You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Recruiting, and hiring for non-exempt positionsAssists employees with requests, concerns, and HR related issuesManages and maintains all HRIS employee changesEngagement in plant Continuous Improvement efforts including participation with Process Improvement TeamsMaintains cooperative relationship with coworkers and management by communicating necessary information, responding to requests, building report; and participating in problem solving methodsImportant Details: This is a full-time role performed on-site. Normal day shift hours with occasional duties on other shifts. About You:You'll fit right in if you have:One to three years Human Resources experience in a unionized Manufacturing environment.
