Data Administrator Hello there! Are you looking for something a little different to the usual jobs you see posted on here? You might wish to take a further look at this role, because whilst we cant say who were recruiting for (in the advert at least), we can tell you that it is a highly sought after employer, who rarely recruit. Why you ask? Well, that's simple - no one wants to leave. A little bit about the team. We are looking for a super organised administrator, someone who is very confident with data and spreadsheets and preferably will have experience within a similar role such as Inventory Control or a Stock Administration role (this could be in either manufacturing or retail). Its a small, but busy team, made up of some lovely people who will be very happy to have you on board and will help to support you whilst you learn the ropes and settle in. The operations team is the back bone of the business and although they don't work directly with customers, they provide administrative support to the departments that do, which means you'll get a good insight into the wider workings of the business (perfect if you are looking for variety in your role). What does the role involve? Interacting and keeping in regular contact with purchasing teams regarding the supply of the stock needed for the end customer Ensuring the system is up to date with the correct order information and backssing incoming order quantities Generating works orders for stock conversions and coordinating with manufacturers to oversee completion Managing transfer orders to move stock from manufacturing to warehouses Coordinating with the stock team for expediting incoming stock when needed Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock to warehouses, assisting with booking deliveries and providing relevant documentation Providing management information on inventory performance, levels, and value Collaborating with various teams and partners to track stock and maintain accounts accurately.
