"Upper Peninsula Animal Wefare Shelter" (formerly Marquette County Humane Society) About Piper Piper has been a wonderful family dog for 9 years. We got her as a puppy 9 years ago and have since had 5 kids. We are heartbroken to part ways but we know it's best for her to find a home where the owners rarely leave. We travel too much for her and have moved away from family that would be a big help when we would go.. she is very chill, very friendly, a very good listener, loves to go for walks, play in the yard, she is just the sweetest dog... it's too difficult to bring her along to tournaments and work trips when we have 5 kids now. She is great around babies, kids, adults - she would love a bit of a yard to play unless you're good about visiting the dog park.
