Koto Lowell is a new Asian Fusion restaurant with a sushi bar, bartender stations and live entertainment.As a sushi chef, you will be interacting with customers at the sushi bar, and making sushi for sit down patrons. Responsibilities include: Prepping fish and vegetables prior to a shift start Preparing various sushi dishes Maintain cleanliness of the sushi work environment Managing inventory and supplies Requirements for the job: At least 3 years of prior work experience as a sushi chef Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task, managing discussions with customers and also preparing dishes for other patrons Powered by JazzHR
