Beagle Dog for Adoption in Las Vegas, Nevada, 89183 USNickname: Rambler Posted Breed: Beagle. Adoption Fee: 400. Rambler is a nice young 2 yr old male. He can be shy. This is for a good reason. Poor Rambler had his back foot caught in a trap. His foot was badly mangled when he came into rescue. We do not know if he tore his foot from the trap or what, but he had so much damage of bone and tissue that he had half of his foot removed. Surprisingly, this has not affected his physical movements. He sometimes holds that foot up but mostly he uses it and runs on it. Rambler is fairly calm for a young guy. He does like to track when he catches a scent and will bark/bay as he goes but it is not constant. He is a lovely gentleman Adoption fee is $400 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc.. We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years therefore beagles under 3 years of age will not be adopted to anyone over the age of 62.
