We are actively seeking a Full-time Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our Columbus, Ohio clinic. You will work closely with our students/clients, staff, behaviorists, and parents to enhance student/client success and attain desired outcomes in our clinic and school settings. At TES, your role will be pivotal in advancing our mission to empower our clients to thrive and excel in their development and learning journey. 💼 BCBA 💰 $6,760.00 - $7,768.15 per month *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). 🚀 Why Join Us? Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. A valid BCBA certificate Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI A current TB Test (within the last 12 months) Reliable transportation and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage) 🌈 Environment & Physical Qualifications: Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs Ready to make an impact?
