Meet Darla! She`s shy, but oh so sweet! She continues to gain confidence and blossom in her foster home with lots of TLC from her foster mom. Her foster mom reports that Darla now enjoys some lap time in a cuddle cup. With more time and patience, she could become a couch potato piggy to everyone`s delight. She would make a sweet friend to another female piggy, which would make her happy and thrive even more. Guinea pigs are social, herd animals that need the companionship of other piggies and should be kept in a minimum of 8 square feet of fleece-covered living space.For adoption/foster inquiries and more information about this guinea pig, contact shelter guinea pig specialist Cheryl at 408-621-XXXX.
