Planning Team Leader (Temp: to: Perm) Location: Reading RG2 Hours: 8:00 am : 5:00 pm Pay Rate: GBP19.73 per hour Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 5 planners, maintaining 98 compliance. Manage relationships between subcontractors and contract managers. Streamline planning processes and optimize efficiency. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members. Collaborate cross: functionally to align planning activities with organizational goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators. Requirements: Proven people management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously, meet targets, and utilize Microsoft programs. Bachelors degree preferred.
