Any cleaning is done at the buyers discretion. There may be scratches, scuffs, and or dents that may or may not appear in photos. SEE PHOTOS.This item does NOT include TECH SUPPORT.Returns and RefundsReturns of untampered merchandise are accepted with communication within 30 days of shipment. Items returned as being non-functional will be tested by our technicians, and if deemed to be in good working condition, will be subject to a restocking fee.
