Practice Area: Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 8 Years, A law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney for its Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of personal injury experience as a Plaintiff's attorney. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required. Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury claims. Working closely with other attorneys to develop case strategies. Conducting legal research and leading case management teams. Responsible for pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial. Managing all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement. Duties:Conducting thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.Drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.Providing exceptional client service, keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases. Requirements:Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in the state of Nevada.Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases.Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Nevada State Bar.Minimum of 8 years of personal injury experience as a Plaintiff's attorney. Skills:Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
