This is model CFU1GQG6L2M, which is the fully ruggedized "ultra" model loaded with the Z530 1.6Ghz CPU, 2Gb RAM and all of the optional features, such as touchscreen, camera and barcode reader. This particular "ultra" model was one of the most expensive units in the CF-U1 series, coming in at double the price of the base model CF-U1 at a retail of $4,853.These units were obtained from government surplus and were purchased originally for police and ambulance / first responders. Due to government regulations all hard drives were removed before I obtained them. I do not have access to the hard drives for these, so this unit comes with no hard drive installed.This unit is in excellent condition with no problems or issues.
