Essential duties and responsibilities: People Leadership Leading your direct reports to meet the Distribution & Transportation Scorecard, Safety, Quality, Service, Cost & People. Lead a high performing team to build an inclusive culture and attract, develop, advance and retain talent that reflects our community. Financial Commitment Manage Med Tech Distribution & Transportation SG&A Landed cost targets for UK. Deliver Med Tech Distribution & Transportation Savings CIP target for UK. Digital Capabilities Advance digital capabilities within your team and E2E Supply chain by using metrics to drive performance and outcomes.
