You will lead skilled and semi-skilled associates to meet daily production requirements, safety, productivity, quality and delivery performance. This position manages supervisors, production planning, Engineering, Performance Management and continuous improvement initiatives with facility bottom line accountability. Great school systems and low crime. 1 Hour from Virginia Tech / 1:45 minutes from Roanoke, VA Background Profile BA/BS from accredited 4 year college or university Engineering, Technical or Business curriculum Minimum of 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience in a P&L / leadership capacity Strong PC and software skills Experience in aerospace or industrial composites industry preferred Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing in multi-stream manufacturing organization.
