As a kitchen porter , you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness , hygiene and orderliness are maintained at all times. Your responsibilities will include: Dishwashing: Efficiently and effectively washing dishes , utensils and kitchen equipment. Cleaning Keeping the kitchen surfaces , floors, and equipment impeccably clean and sanitised Assistance : Supporting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when necessary. Organisation: Managing waste disposal and recycling , ensuring the kitchen is well: organised and in compliance with health and safety standards. Adaptability: Being ready to assist in various kitchen duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude. Requirements: Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and focus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Team player with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evening , weekends, and holidays as required.
