Job Description of a Teacher's Aide: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Teacher's Aides at our Childcare facility. The Teacher's Aide plays a vital role in supporting the overall educational and developmental goals of the childcare program. Duties and Responsibilities of a Teacher's Aide: • Collaborate with the Director to arrange and maintain an inviting and stimulating classroom environment.• Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional assistance as needed.• Support the Director or Lead Teacher in implementing strategies to address the diverse needs of students.• Collaborate with the Director or Lead Teacher on special projects, events, and outings that enhance the curriculum.• Supervision during Outdoor Play:• Encourage positive social interactions among children.• Support children with toileting needs, ensuring their comfort and privacy.• Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the facility. Minimum Qualifications of a Teacher's Aide: • Previous experience working with children, teaching, or tutoring is essential.• Ability to work independently and take initiative in assisting with various tasks.• Genuine enjoyment and understanding of children aged 3 to 12 years.• Willingness to help serve meals and manage classroom activities as necessary.• Must pass Background check; watch Orientation Video.
