***Adoption Special Announcement!*** We have so many amazing and wonderful dogs available for adoption right now, and in an effort to get them into their forever homes, we have lowered the adoption fee to $25 on all dogs over one year of age! This includes Nutter Butter! Nutter Butter is a 5.5 year old Lab/Pit mix who is just as sweet as his name makes him sound! This goofy, fun-loving, kind-hearted gentleman is great on a leash, very personable, and is hard not to fall in love with! Nutter Butter gets a little shy with loud noises (like busy streets and extra large crowds) but otherwise, he is usually very un-phased. He seems to like all people, most dogs, and does not appear to want to chase cats. Nutter Butter is a staff favorite with his temperament and loving personality. The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter surgery, a 1-year rabies shot, an fvrcp shot (feline distemper/upper respiratory vaccine), test for feline aids and leukemia, deworming, and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. Phone: 770-214-XXXX. Please note: The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment. September 9, 2023, 2:00 am
