You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED or equivalent• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems• At least 2 years of maintenance experience• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Compensation: $14+ per hour DOE About Company: Our Sleep Inns are located in Charleston and Teays Valley.
