Here's a bit of his story . . . At the end of the day on Friday, January 12, we found ourselves with a rare opportunity to rescue a literal laundry basket full of *seven* sweet puppies who'd been abandoned at the Los Angeles North Central Animal Shelter! The puppies are believed to be a Cocker Mix, and they are 100% adorable! - The puppies were estimated tp be 10-11 weeks old and weighed between 7-8 pounds on the day of their rescue, 1/12/24. *Please note that any age provided is only an estimate, based on veterinary examination. - Five of the puppies are now with their new adopters, and two, Griggs & Sully, are still with foster parents waiting to be adopted! Griggs and Sully also had pending adoptions, but we were unable to assure the right match for them. One of the isssues we encountered is that it recently became clear that both Griggs and Sully would do best with another dog in the home. Due to the potential for littermate syndrome, they can't be adopted together. Griggs is being fostered in the Los Angeles area.
