Collie Dog for Adoption in Chantilly, Virginia, 20153 USNickname: Chloe Posted Breed: Collie (long coat). Chloe was born on August 1, 2022, and she is definitely a Leo! Miss Chloe is cheerful, confident, playful, and lights up any room she walks into. She comes from a home with many dogs and few humans, so it takes her a minute - but just a minute! - to feel comfortable with new people. In her foster home, Chloe is affectionate and cuddly. She sleeps in bed with her mom, stretched out alongside her, and jumps up to share the sofa when it's time to chill out and watch some television. She's only 16 months old and bouncy, she loves to play, but calms quickly. She has just begun learning basic commands and is smart, smart, smart! Chloe is fully housebroken, doesn't pull on a leash, and is very curious to sniff everything - though she is not a fan of the inflated Santa around the corner that cries, "Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas!" every time we get within its range (but who is, really?)! Chloe would prefer a playful canine roommate and a yard with exciting squirrels. She is spayed and since she's young, her full coat hasn't come in yet - but she has classic collie coloring and is going to be a sweet and friendly beauty! If you are interested in rescuing a collie, please complete this short adoption questionnaire. Our standard adoption fee is $450. This fee helps us to cover (and sometimes only partially cover) the expense of providing each dog with a Health Exam, Rabies/DHPP vaccines, Heartworm Test, Heartworm Preventative, Flea & Tick Protection, Microchip, Neuter/Spay, a Bath and any other medical needs.
