My name is Scarlet, and I am an adorable and oh-so-sweet 6 month-old mix pup who is looking to make some lucky family feel loved. I will likely grow to be around 45 lbs and will need an active home. I walk very nicely on a leash and have mastered the crate. I have learned to like car rides and hikes. My foster mom says that I learn really fast! I am great with other dogs, big and small, and love to play with the other puppy in my foster home. My wrestling buddy is bigger than me, but I would be ok with any size dog for a friend. I also love to snuggle my humans! I am very food-motivated and eager to please. I need active humans, and committed to continuing to socialize and train me. I am not super sensitive, so I could handle a busy, noisy household easily. I love to work, and I'm extremely athletic. I have learned respect for cats - to be honest, they are a little scary (my foster mom has 4!). I'd like to land a family that can take me out to see the world around me and help me build some confidence. So if you are looking for a pup with a huge heart, I might be just what you've been looking for! Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200.
