We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager with a background in commercial work. Job Details: Supervision of the successful and profitable completion of small projects and service contracts. This is a critical leadership position where you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and service technicians while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Daily Tasks: Assign personnel/ teams to daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure all company and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to Ensure service technicians have everything needed in a timely manner, such as materials, to effectively maintain production. Use technology to improve communication and efficiency. Handle project related finances concisely Prepares, expedites, and monitors contract documents, submittals, requests for information, change orders, material delivery logs, etc Ensure schedule requirements are met; adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and project requirements. Conduct quality control, cleanliness and safety inspections for all projects. Maintain good relationships with the owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, municipal authorities and company personnel involved with the project.
