We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Plymouth to assist with the appointment of a Minute Taker, on a 1.5 - month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Responsibilities: Taking minutes of child protection meetings and other CYP statutorymeetings, and summarising information accurately to produce a highquality minute document within departmental timescales Supporting the independent chair in creating/updating the written childprotection plan during the meeting Working alongside the independent chair to ensure appropriateabridgements are made for young people and family members Ensuring accurate recording of meeting attendees, including their contact details Supporting the Independent Chairs in ensuring information is securelyhandled during the meeting and afterwards Inputting data relating to the minutes accurately into the IT system Qualifications: GCSE's A- C (9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths NVQ3 or equivalent qualification or experience in business support Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation Required Experience: Experience of using Microsoft Office products and web-based softwarepackages. Demonstrable administrative experience with an understanding of officeprocedures. Experience of providing an effective and efficient customer service toboth internal and external customers in line with policies and procedureinteractionperience of working in a team Experience of minute and note-taking Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
