Preparedness- A ninja constantly in battle and never resting will end up being defeated. Getting the right sleep, exercise, nutrition and hydration should never be viewed as luxuries. These are essential to quality thinking, and therefore to our success, so don’t ever feel guilty for prioritizing them. We only promote from within so we are looking to develop 15-20 representatives into trainers and team leaders within the next 6 months. There are 5 leadership roles and promotions available.
