Project Manager Location: Pompano Beach Department: Collaborative Partnerships Reports to: Director of Collaborative Operations Min Experience: Experience Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to serve OneHope's partnership and collaboration initiatives towards the Vision 2033 goals. This role involves not just tracking and reporting but also demands an individual who can thrive in ambiguity, construct clear roadmaps, and contribute to the creative process with excellent writing and visual communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the portfolio's progress towards Vision 2033, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Provide adept project management support to key networks, fostering effective collaboration. Guide the development and design of new initiatives through: Managing project development in collaboration with key stakeholders. Facilitating and participating in engaging design sessions. Leading workgroups and meetings. Defining project scope and outcomes. Maintaining vigilant oversight of project plans and schedules to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes. Generate comprehensive ongoing project reports for internal and external stakeholders. Providing written and visual communication support for distinct initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally within OneHope to ensure seamless project implementation. Act as a relationship liaison for specific partner organizations and networks. Extend project management support to OneHope’s Geographic Areas to elevate partner and network relationships and strategies. Support the strategic development of new partnership incubation key strategic partnerships. Qualifications: Required: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Possess a profound understanding of project management, demonstrating effectiveness under pressure. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong visual communication skills. Be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously. Adaptability to navigate a complex, rapidly changing environment. Embrace a highly collaborative, feedback-oriented, and results-focused approach. Display cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability. Showcase an ability to manage projects towards clarity and solutions. Be a team player with a flexible and creative mindset. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships. Exhibit personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a strong commitment to OneHope’s mission, vision, and values. Demonstrate fluency with Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms. Work Environment: Regular Monday – Friday business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) with flexibility. Recognizing our international scope, flexibility to accommodate teams in different time zones may be necessary. Domestic and international travel may be required periodically .
