Hi! I'm Oakley. I am a big cuddlebug who loves to snuggle and snooze on the couch (almost as much as I love treats). My foster thinks I was in a home before going to a shelter because I am fully house trained, let her sleep through the night, and know how to walk on a leash. Don't be fooled by my sad puppy dog eyes, I am a very happy boy! I am super mellow and love people, though I get a little too excited around other animals like cats and rabbits. I am going through heartworm treatment right now and would do best in a home where I am the only dog and can have some quiet time to help me stay calm as I go through the treatment. I need a little patience and training on meeting other dogs and would prefer to just have a human to live with and snuggle with all day long! I LOVE being outside and would love to have a yard (but isn't a must). I can't wait to meet my forever family because I have so much love to give them! My foster does crate me when gone and I just curl up and go to sleep in there!##1594887##
