Max is so handsome and a big love bug! ❤ He is fawn color with hazel eyes, 4 years old, about 75 pounds. He is a strong boy, super smart, makes great eye contact and wants to please. Friendly with other female dogs his size with proper introductions but would be best as the only dog in his own house so he gets all the attention. Max has received professional obedience and leash training. He would make a great addition to an active adult only household. Someone who works from home would be ideal. He loves daily walks and is a natural swimmer. He also loves just hanging out in the yard so a home with a fenced yard is a MUST. Max is house and crate trained. He is being fostered and trained in Riverside Co. Come meet this special handsome boy.Adoption processI screen adopters personally and then send them an adoption application to complete. I do not have a website or online application.Shelter locationAll dogs for adoption are in foster homes in So. CA where the meet and greets typically take place or at an arranged neutral territory when appropriate. All dogs and family members are required to come in person for the meet and greet if possible. Dog to dog assessments are usually done by my trainer. I do not participate in adoption events.
