Role Description You will be working with companies at the front end of the Maritime, helping them staff up new and ongoing projects throughout Europe & Africa. You will be trained to find, interview and submit relevant candidates, learn about the Maritime industries and be given the training and opportunity to bring new clients on board. There are opportunities to grow within the company in many different ways. You can fast-track career-wise moving into lead, management, director and then VP roles or take your career internationally and move to one of our offices in Amsterdam, Singapore, Dubai, Brisbane etc. You might move in a different direction, joining our account management, service or finance teams. Key Responsibilities Whilst not an exhaustive list, key responsibilities for the role include: Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s contract hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies. Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients. Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue. Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment.
