Bright Futures Psychiatry is growing again and we're seeking a skilled, highly motivated Medical Front Office Associate ! Bright Futures Psychiatry is 100% PMHNP owned (Air Force Veteran). We are nestled in the Broadmoor area of Southern Colorado Springs. You will find a sense of belonging that promotes collaboration between our front office associates, PMHNPs, therapists, and our various support teams. About your role as a valued Medical Front Office team member: The ideal candidate will effectively manage their front office day-to-day duties in support of established policies, goals, and objectives while promoting a positive environment for staff and clients. Duties and Responsibilities Comfortable with E.H.R. Check’s clients in/out Collects co-pays/co-insurance Opens/Closes daily batches Balance end of day closeout Updates Demographics (Picture, address, phone number, insurance cards) Uploads insurance cards to E.H.R. Schedules/Reschedules visits Provides 10-minute call ahead for onsite & telehealth visits Prepares No Show/Late Cancelation letters/emails Manages technical difficulties Manages MS Team Chats Manages transfer calls Manages E.H.R. messaging Manages Fax assignments Manages Info emails Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school degree, GED required Ability to remain calm under pressure and with competing priorities A working knowledge of behavioral health preferred Benefits Package Hourly Range: $16.50 - $18.50 DOE Medical Dental Vision Paid Holidays/Sick Leave 401k + 4% Match Opportunity for growth within the agency To find out more about us, go to www.BrightFuturesPsychiatry.com Powered by JazzHR
