Hi, I’m Hermes. My sister, Hera, and I were rescued from the street by an SBACC volunteer when we were three months old. We’re slowly getting used to people but we’re still kind of shy and timid. My sister has become braver than me and has been making friends with some of the other kittens in our room at SBACC. We would like to stay together or go home with another kitten or young cat and hope we can find a home with someone who has lots of patience and will give us plenty of time to adjust to our new life. With time we are sure to become friendly, playful, and affectionate kittens. All family members, including other resident dogs, must meet the new dog. The adoption process for cats and kittens includes:A detailed application.An interview with the potential adopter(s).And a home visit, in some circumstances. To ensure the best possible match for our cats and kittens, all applications are reviewed by our adoption committee and determination can take up to 48 hours.Shelter location**We are currently closed to the public, but visits can be made by appointment - please check our website home page for details!** You can meet all of our wonderful animals at our center by appointment or with an approved adoption application.
