This is Spirit, she is a tortoiseshell calico who’s very big, affectionate and talkative. She’s a big love bug and lounge kitty. Loves to sit, lay and cuddle her chosen human. She’s good around children and ok with dogs as long as they don’t bother her! She loves to sleep with her favorite humans. She’s tolerant of other cats but can be annoyed easily. Prefers to be only cat in the house!Adoption processWe have an application that we will send you via e-mail. Once we receive that we will call you for a phone interview. We also have a contract that you must sign. We reserve the right to do a home inspection before and after the adoption. Our adoption fees are $100/ kitten or $150 for a pair. Indoor only household, $50 for cats 1 year or older. We prefer that our fur friends go to indoor-only homes. Some adoptions may have other needs so we will screen them on a case by case basis. Barn cats are available from time to time with a fee of $25 with a minimum of 2. Why 2? We feel that cats are communal and moving them as a family will help them adjust to their new environment better.Shelter locationSince we run the rescue from our private residence we only give out our address to people we have preapproved to meet one of our potentially adoptable cats.
