It has a new belt , the light for the speed adjust is not lit. It is tested with the new belt and turntable appears to work ---Includes SHURE SME 3009 TONEARM with Shure M91Ed ---no lid --- ---may show some normal wear--Sold as is and NO RETURNS ---
