Trixie was rescued by one of our advocates who told us the following story. Trixie was purchased as a 6 weel old puppy from a breeder in mexico for a large sum of money. The new owner loved her until she started growing. As she grew it became apparent her front leg was deformed. At that point he told our advocate that she is not what he paid for and he was going to throw her on the street. Thankfully our advocate intervened! Trixie is very playful and loving! She has excellent mobility despite her front paw being deformed. She loves lounging in the sun and getting lots of treats!Adoption processIf an adoption doesn't work out for any reason the animal must be returned to our shelter. Depending on the situation we will try to help you find a more compatible animal.Shelter locationWe are very hands on. We schedule specific appointments for each animal and Potential Adopter. We want our focus fully dedicated to you and our love bug.
