Leads and oversees the design, flawless execution, and ongoing improvement of client primacy programs and initiatives to establish bank of choice relationships with clients and target revenue and profitability objectives for the Retail Customer group and key strategic segments. The role is critical in driving primacy KPIs through client-centric and data-driven program execution and innovation to win the full customer relationship through effective client primacy outreach, tailored offers and retention programming. The role is also responsible for managing and reporting on client KPIs at a portfolio level and identifying new opportunities to meet targets. Ensures business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Program Management & Delivery Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Bank’s Advice+ program across Canadian Banking teams, and building strategies for complex customer-centric, cross-channel Programs and initiatives to address specific business, process, and organizational needs to improve the customer experience for Canadian Banking customers across channels Partner with channel leadership to drive customer satisfaction through a seamless advice experience across branch and contact centre through tactics targeted towards improving our advice journey (including targeted marketing, lead outreach strategies, training, resources, scripting and key advice messaging) Own Advice targets and maintain ongoing tracking & analysis of Advice results and trends Prepare strategic leadership updates on a monthly and quarterly basis to highlight performance and status on advice+ channel activities for ongoing projects and programs Analyze qualitative and quantitative research (including.
