1920s F-5 Style Lloyd Loar Replica mandolin Fingerboard. Crafted with high-quality ebony. Pre slotted and profiled with a scale length of 13-15/16". Unlike the originals, this fingerboard has fret slots that are mathematically laid out, and offers a much better opportunity to play in tune. You'll know what I mean if you've ever played, owned or worked on an original Gibson F-5 from the 1920s. Made in the United States right here in our shop in Virginia, this fingerboard will give you an accurate head start on your project.These are precision made on a CNC and each one is exactly the same as the others, right down to a thousandth of an inch.
