This Harrelson Muse, Modular MMXX Bb Trumpet is a rare find for advanced players. No other trumpet offers the same ability to modify the playing feel and sound like the Muse. Listing includes valve cluster with three pistons and associated slides which all function perfectly. Components that are included and are interchangeable are 2 lead pipes (#2 and #8, both bigger sounding), 2 bells ( 10G, 11R, both generating a bigger and darker sound), 3 different bell choke settings and 12 different venturi gap rings (sit below mouthpiece in receiver).A custom case is included that contains all components.You won't find this trumpet in any music store nor will Harrelson have one laying around. They're custom built after a deposit is made and you'll wait months for it to be built. The current price is about $12k so buying my instrument will save you thousands of dollars and get it in your hands quickly.Administrative Issues: I am not an instrument dealer but someone selling their personal instrument. Accordingly, this sale is on an "AS IS" basis. No warranty is offered and I do not accept returns. Additionally, I am not offering a trial period. Condition Comments: Since the finish is raw brass, it has darkened where my hands have contacted it (valve cluster, etc.). Water condensation has also discolored the finish in places. Short of playing while wearing gloves and not generating condensation, this is normal and unavoidable.
