As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of Receptionist located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario. This position is a 15-month contract. Job Description As a key member of the Skyline team, you will be responsible for providing reception duties, including answering the multi-line phone system and receiving tenants, investors, and all other visitors at reception front office while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities. What we look for: A passion for customer service and some really great past experiences of going above and beyond. Drive to be the friendliest person on the other end of the line. You definitely can't be afraid of the phone in this job. Someone who can wear many hats in a day and look good doing it (i. e. a true multi-tasker). Strong relationship builder. This position is all about people and experiences. Deadlines are part of this role, so you gotta love them! Proactive traits. You can see the matrix. A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. There isn't a job that is too big or too small at Skyline. High school diploma required.
