Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 25,628: GBP 28,326per annum Work Location: Parkway, Fareham Hours per week: 37Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date:15 February 2024 The Role: We have an exciting opportunity available within the Adults Health and Care Reablement Service for an Administration Officer based in our Fareham Hub. Hampshire operates a county wide Reablement Service comprising Occupational Therapy, Sensory Services and CQC Registered Community Response Staff. This role is varied, challenging, and rewarding with huge potential for positive impact on staff, service users and stakeholders. Previous excellent administrative skills are essential. You will be required to lead by example, demonstrating the highest standard of customer service and dedication to the role. You will provide a support service to front: line staff and managers, including performing personal assistant duties, as well as working within a team of administrative officers. Proven track record of previous management of staff is essential. Youll possess excellent IT skills across a variety of packages, including bespoke databases and youll be expected to manage a busy workload demonstrating your excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
