Haynes Bridge Animal Hospital, a full-service three-doctor practice specializing in dogs, cats, and pocket pets, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist.As a Veterinary Receptionist at Haynes Bridge Animal Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and their pets receive exceptional care and service from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related experience in a veterinary setting and be familiar with IDEXX Cornerstone software. Job Duties: Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment schedule efficiently. Answer phone calls and address client inquiries in a professional manner. Utilize IDEXX Cornerstone software for patient records and appointment scheduling. Assist with client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide a seamless and positive client experience. Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Requirements: A high school diploma is required. One year of veterinary experience. One year front desk experience. Reliable, professional, courteous and patient . Familiarity with IDEXX Cornerstone software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
