Job Title: Financial Services Administrator Location: Birmingham Salary: FTE GBP20 : GBP30k pa Full time depending on experience Plus other benefits: Income Protection, Death in Service benefits, Private Medical insurance, annual bonus, payment of annual CII subscription, funding for CII exams Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, office based (potential for some flexibility after training) About the Company: We are a long: established boutique financial planning practice providing high level wealth management services to a select portfolio of clients, typically with assets GBP500k to GBP3m. We approach financial planning by exploring our clients life objectives, arranging their financial affairs to support their aspirations using our toolkit of tax, investments and trust knowledge. We have a small company culture so teamwork is a must; we all contribute to the smooth running of the office, from company director to administrator, anyone might make drinks or change a light bulb. We employ staff who are enthusiastic, motivated and have a passion for providing the best possible service. They are trustworthy and have high ethical values whilst also excelling in their role and still retaining a sense of humour. We need an administrator who would enjoy working in this friendly and co: operative team of people. We have a permanent client waiting list so we need really good people to join our firm and help manage our growth. About you: We are looking for a hardworking person, who is self: motivated, organised and meticulous about attention to detail. You need to be able to manage your diary and tasks, liaising and co: operating well with other staff but also capable of working autonomously. Our administrators are often the first point of contact for clients. They play an important role in managing relationships and become acquainted with the financial and personal details of each clients situation. A candidate who values both administrative efficiency.
