Title: LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse Department: Nursing Status: Full Time Shift : Night Req uirements for an LPN: Must have a current & valid LPN license in The State of Kentucky Responsibilities for a Licensed Practical Nurse: Working as a team player, provides caring and clinically-astute patient care Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects Communicate, consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Maintains accurate and detailed documentation Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Why choose a career with Baptist Life Communities?
