Summary: The Dental Patient Access Scheduler will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and scheduling dental appointments for all Family HealthCare locations. You would be successful in this role if you have excellent customer service skills, are adaptable, patient, and are culturally sensitive. Qualifications: Prior appointment scheduling experience (preferred) Previous computer and customer service experience (required) Knowledge of dental terminology is beneficial in this role Schedule: Full-time, M-F, Hours of work are within the core hours of 7:30 to 5:30.Working at Family HealthCare is an exciting and rewarding experience!
