Manager of Client Services & Communication DigitalOptometrics is an optometric telemedicine company focused on performing comprehensive remote eye examinations. We are a rapidly growing, expanding throughout the United States, Canada and Germany. Tele-Optometry by DigitalOptometrics utilizes new advancements in technology making comprehensive eye exams convenient to patients. As an important step in our growth process, we are adding a Manager of Client Services and Communication. It is a full-time, on-site position located in our Cincinnati, OH office. The Client Service Manager will help ensure clients receive exceptional service. The Manager will work directly with clients to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates to management, and working to develop and implement client service strategies that will increase sales while providing a positive experience for all clients. The most essential skills for a Client Services Manager are communication skills and the analytical thinking skills which will enable them to build relationships with clients while thinking strategically about how to meet business goals. Job Responsibilities include: Act as the company CRM Administrator Responsible for accurately maintaining a database of all customers, their status, and pertinent information in a customer relationship database Using the CRM tool and other tools, develop client relationships by maintaining a database of clients, client protocols Author and manage timely communication Monitor completion of activities and serve as single contact for cohesive communications Know clients and their needs, organization, program participants and business. Share this knowledge within DigitalOptometrics so we can develop client centric solutions As issues arise, define processes and procedures designed to improve service quality and reduce additional similar issues in the future Serve as client point of contact for onboarding new relationships Proactively communicate with clients to ensure integrity of client data, create client recognition, and maintain gauge of satisfaction Serve as the liaison between the operational teams and the client o Participate in presentations o Manage client communications Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocol Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner Keep records and documentation of client interactions Research and correct regular, advanced, and long-standing customer concern Collect customer feedback and lead process changes to exceed customer satisfaction goals Manage a successful transition of new client locations during their "go-live" phase Schedule regularly scheduled meetings with the client Determine the agenda for the regularly scheduled meetings with clients Facilitate the regularly scheduled meetings with clients Full-time, on-site opportunityBenefits include: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401K Plan & Paid Time Off For more information visit: www.digitaloptometrics.com Job Posted by ApplicantPro
