Project Estimator Earthwork Services Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our growing team in our Fargo office. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for various projects. Position Details: Read and interpret project specifications and plans to prepare detailed, comprehensive and accurate quantity surveys Perform conceptual estimating from preliminary project parameters Prepare project estimates including self-performed work, subcontracted work and general requirements Understand timelines and applicable project deadlines Maintain current information on products, vendors, and subcontractors Preparation of detailed quantity surveys Subcontractor/supplier bid solicitation and coordination Estimating and Bidding - Existing Conditions/Demolition, Exteriors, Site work, Substructure, Structure, Bid Card Development, Estimate Templates, Pricing Qualifications : Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management 1-5 years of construction and estimating experience Good written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving, organization and time management skills Thorough and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision Strong computer skills Experience with AGTEK Understanding of Microsoft Excel Benefits : Health and Dental insurance with optional Health Savings Account (HSA) USAble Supplemental Insurances (Cancer, Short-term Disability, Accident and Life Insurance) Retirement plan with company match up to 3.5% Employer-Paid Life Insurance Vacation Time Paid Holidays Job Posted by ApplicantPro
