Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients in their homes. You will help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities: Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed Report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the supervisor Maintain accurate and complete records of client care Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to obtain Negative TB Test Must have excellent communication skills Must have a compassionate and caring demeanor Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Previous caregiving experience is a plus Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary ($17 - $19 hourly) Paid Sick Time Flexible scheduling - Various shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after meeting eligibility criteria Employee Appreciation - Caregiver of the Month, Cash Prizes, Gift Cards etc. If you are passionate about helping seniors and have the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding caregiver position with Care At Home .
