Position Details / Responsibilities: Coordinate oil / feed processing activities with other departments. The Coordinator manages the production activities within their department and is responsible for overall performance of the manufacturing. Make recommendations to improve efficiency and control costs. Identify and correct quality problems. Assist in developing and preparing production methods and processes, research and implement enhancements and assist with the training of employees to ensure efficient and effective production of the organization's line of products. Coordinate methods changes with engineering, production, procurement and other units of the organization. Provide employee training.Desired Skills / Knowledge: • Understand GMP policies & procedures• Application understanding of OSHA; PPE• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Communication skills• Efficient ability to prioritize and multitask• Advanced knowledge of computers and computer softwareDesired Education / Training: • HS Diploma / Vocational Trade School• AA/AS degree in related field• BA/BAS degree in related field preferred• Manufacturing experience preferred Cutrale is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Posted by ApplicantPro
